As concerns the issue of mounting. I encountered same problem. Made duplicate of the file and was able to open and mount. Installation was successful. Hope this helps.

I do not know how to open the dmg-file. It did not work to mount it in deamon tools. Anyone who can help me out?

Got a problem, I downloaded it fine, perfectly.
The problem is that when i click it to open it, it doesn't do anything. The other apps in the file open fine and they say that i need to open toast titanium 8 and enter my product key. blah well when i try to open it it doesn't open!
What can i do?!
Im running osx 10.3.9.

Download worked perfectly (.dmg and serial txt) and unpacked perfectly too - icons are all there. I have the same problem as others (bsoul, etc.) What am I doing wrong? Do I have to edit something in the contents? Can someone help me?

I just wanted to explain the problem of all those people an OSX 10.3.9

The new Toast Titanium 8 only works with a minimum of a G4 Processor and OSX 10.4.8

I had the same problem until I got QE/CI enabled on my video card (ATI) then Toast ran fine :)

Hi All,

I am having a problem with the program. I can install it ok. I can launch TOast. When I get to the part where I am told to put in the Serial #, the program crashes on me. It ends suddenly, gives me the option to send a report to apple, etc. Anyone experience this, did you fix it, or does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it? Any help would be appreciated.

hey i'm having the same problem as yitbos96bb. when i go to put in the serial it crashes and asks if i want to report. in fact the whole reason i went looking for a new toast program was because i updated my OS to 10.4.11 and my toast 7 stopped working. it did the same thing. it would open then crash and ask if i wanted to report. anyone know what's up with this? everything was fine till updated my OS

Works perfectly!
When istalling, do not be connected to internet.
After successed installation, go to preferances and uncheck box "look for updates". Connect to internet.

Then it will works perfectly.

Ohh nvm, i tried the SN without dragging toast into my app folder. Worked perfect when opening the app from a mounted dmg :P
